Oh, do I have such a weakness for female singers. After I heard a couple songs from her, I quickly went in search of more. I peaked at some music videos on YouTube and ventured over to her Web site. Wow, feminists kind of turn me on, and while I wouldn't necessarily define her as just a feminist (she's also a woman, an artist, a thinker, and a musician), she still touches something in the nether regions of my cerebral cortex. Her songs are less structured than that stuff you might come across on the radio, and I enjoy the interplay of her voice with her piano. I want more from her, but I'm sure many others do as well, so I won't be selfish and wait for her full album to come out. And yeah, I know this EP doesn't include Mowgli's Road, but it's a good song nonetheless.
